Residents living in the communities of Burbank and Nottingham Park are tax supporters of the Prairie Trails Public Library District. Our library offers popular fiction titles, large print books, audio-books, music CDs, DVD/videotapes, picture books, and more. Your Prairie Trails library card will be honored at any of the public libraries in the Metropolitan Library system. In addition, your library card entitles you to request circulating materials from libraries nationwide. These items will be delivered to the Prairie Trails Library location (state Road and Moody Avenue) for checkout. There will be no charge for materials requested and supplied by an Illinois library. There will be a fee charged for materials received from a library outside of the state of Illinois. Your library card will allow you remote access to online databases via the library’s website: www.praireitrailslibrary.org.
