    Looking to learn more about a topic or improve your skills in a field? Universal Class offers courses in exercise and fitness, entrepreneurship, arts and music, home and garden care, cooking, computers and technology, health and medicine, homeschooling, job assistance law and legal, parenting and family, pet and animal care, and hundreds of other topics. Universal Class has hundreds of non-credit courses exclusively for your personal enrichment.

    Registration is required.  This program is limited to 10 PTPLD patrons.  Patrons may register one (1) guest.  

  • Introduction to Microsoft Publisher

    Where: Prairie Trails Public Library District at Founders Room

    In this class, we will discuss techniques for producing professional-looking publications using Microsoft Publisher software. Topics include the following: creating and formatting works, templates, and editing.

  • Introduction to Ancestry Library Edition

    Are you an amateur genealogist?  Do you enjoy researching your family‚Äôs history?  Prairie Trails Library has many resources that you can use to aid your genealogical research.  In this class we will cover the basics Ancestry Library Edition, one of our genealogy databases.
    Registration is required for this computer class.  This program is limited to 10 PTPLD patrons.  Patrons may register 1 guest.
